I love finding random recipes and changing something to make it my own.

Salads

Preparing a small salad the night before can help you include vegetables, protein and carbohydrates at lunch. Include a small snack of fruit or nuts and you're set for the whole work day.

Whether you like bread for your lunch sandwiches or something sweet, the sheer variety of bread out there is amazing.

I have made a few different types of bread and I've found that you need to follow certain 'rules' around baking bread and using yeast, but other than that there are a number of things you can get away with and still succeed.

I love cocktails - even non-alcoholic drinks that are dressed up to look like they are - I will be sharing drinks here that you can give to the whole family so everyone is included.

Trying a new way of preparing a meal - or a new way of seasoning it can go a long way to keep meals interesting - especially if you have a family of picky eaters.
