Transform your body with small changes: Are you hoping to improve your physical health? Start by incorporating brief exercise sessions into your daily routine. Ten minutes during your work-from-home lunchtime is an excellent time - it's even guaranteed to be during daylight hours. Although the weather can't always be relied on to be good...

Gradually build upon these sessions to create a complete workout that will have you looking and feeling your best.

Pair this with adding healthier food choices to your diet - there's nothing stopping you from starting right now.

If you tend to suffer from poor health, please be sure to check with your doctor before starting a new eating plan or exercise plan.

Break it Down

I have curated a list of YouTube videos that I turn to, over and over.

In the days of on-demand TV, there is nothing stopping you from saving these or any videos to a playlist so you can create your own workouts made up of short routines.

I don't know why, but it is far easier to do a few short, intense workouts in a session, rather than one long one.

Having different instructors lead different parts of your routine helps you to feel fresh and push through to the end of each workout.

Mix it Up

Keep looking for new workouts, even changing one in a line up makes the routine feel fresh. Different workouts challenge our muscles in different ways. If you do a slightly more difficult workout before an easier one - the easier one will work better as your muscles will already be tired.

Workout like a Ballerina

Here are some very graceful workouts for those of us who aspire to be as graceful as a ballerina. Please note that some of these are very intense and you should watch the videos before attempting them. Some of them are longer, too.
